    Jane Santiago Elgin values the service provided by the Special Olympics. She has dedicated time and money for that organization. She served as a Special Olympics Cop on a Rooftop as well as collected donations for the Special Olympics through the Tip a Cop programs at the Village Tavern. She has also worked with children in the mentor program in South Elgin.
